Teaching

PWBuk has a wealth of experience teaching both children and adults. Our lead teacher is a qualified circus teacher from Circomedia and all teachers have valid CRB checks. Find out what we can provide here.

Performances and presentations

Drawing on our wealth of experience performing across the UK and throughout Asia PWBuk can provide you with a stunning, amusing and thought provoking performance. Mixing sublime skills, physical comedy and stories of PWB's work we will make you laugh, gasp and think.

Teaching

The skills we can teach include: juggling, poi spinning, acro-balance, human pyramids, diabolo, staff spinning, stilts, hula-hoops, balloon modelling, musicality and how to make a performance.

Children

PWBuk can provide circus teaching to schools, youth groups, summer schools and events.

The format of the teaching is up to you. For example:

• 1 day taster sessions.

• Longer intensive workshops - eg. everyday for a week.

• Regular workshops - fwg. once a week for three months.

In the longer contact formats we can provide the opportunity for the students to create a show and perform to an audience. We believe this as fantastic benefits to the student and gives a lasting sense of achievement.

Adults

PWBuk can provide an interesting, and alternative, skills and team building service for individuals or organisations who are looking for something a bit different:

• Learn to juggle: using both sides of the brain.

• Learn a circus skill (see above for what we can teach).

• Team building day. Including:
  • Learning to juggle,
  • Acrobalance - developing trust,
  • Human pyradmids - building team working skills,
  • Plus other props, such as, diabolo, poi and hula hoop.
